Terms of Service

Northern Roots & Southern Charm Photo Co. provides photography services for engagement, wedding, family, and special event photography. All services provided by Northern Roots & Southern Charm Photo Co. are subject to the following terms and conditions. Clients are encouraged to ask questions and discuss any concerns they may have prior to booking services. Northern Roots & Southern Charm Photo Co. reserves the right to edit, crop or adjust the photos for artistic purposes. Client agrees to pay Northern Roots &Southern Charm Photo Co. the full amount of their services prior to the event or session. The client agrees to receive the final photos within 4 weeks after the event or session. Northern Roots & Southern Charm Photo Co. retains the copyright to all photos taken as part of their services and may use them for promotional purposes. The client may not alter, edit, or distribute photos taken by Northern Roots & Southern Charm Photo Co. The Northern Roots & Southern Charm Photo Co. reserves the right to refuse service at their discretion. By booking services with Northern Roots & Southern Charm Photo Co., the client agrees to abide by these terms of service.

Refunds:

Full refunds will be offered if an event or session is canceled prior to 14 days before the scheduled service. If canceled within 7 days prior to the service there will be a refund of 50%. If canceled 24 hours prior to service 25% refund will be offered. A no-call/no-show will not be offered a refund. 

Cancellations:

We understand that plans can change, and as such, Northern Roots & Southern Charm Photo Co. allows customers to cancel their booked services for any reason. However, all cancellations must be submitted in writing by email prior to 14 days before scheduled service. Cancellations received after the time frame will be subject to the terms of service listed in the refunds section.

Reschedule:

If you cannot commit to the scheduled day of service and need to reschedule your service, the change request must be received as soon as possible.  Payment for the rescheduled service of 50% is due at the time of the schedule change. If you fail to keep your rescheduled service you will not receive a refund for the changed time.
